First Attempt

For months now I've read everyone else's blogs, probably without their knowing it, and decided that it seems for most people, it's takes an important life event to start blogging. For some it's a wedding, others the announcement of a child or maybe even a new job. So what's my reason? Well there are a few reasons I suppose. First of all I finally have the time to devote setting up a site and thinking about what I might have to say. Another is that I've missed having connections with old friends and hope that this will help to restore and/or locate some of those that I lost over the past few years. And of course, because in about 6 months, I will have lots of pictures to share with the world of our new babies! Obviously I need to really figure out how to work this thing properly to get the pictures in and eventually change this whole layout so it looks as awesome as everyone else's, but I'll get there in time. Until then...
